Totally agree — I had the exact problem and solved it by reconfiguring the hub. Took me forever to find that parameter.
ZigbeeExplorer: I think is the issue is a missed configuration. Try restarting the container and see if what happens.

What I did — I use Docker Compose for portability to redundancy. Works like a charm.
